Dorothy Kisting, 86, 7232 Kisting Lane, town of Stockton, died Friday morning, Dec. 3, 1999, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Custer with the Rev. Robert Schaller officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Monday at the church until the services. There will be a parish rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Mrs. Kisting was born June 12, 1913, in the town of Stockton, a daughter of the late John and Helen (Groshek) Golomski. She attended local schools.
She was married to Oscar J. Kisting on Sept. 1, 1934, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church in Fancher.
After the marriage, they settled in Milwaukee, moving to their present address in 1950. He died May 30, 1988.
Survivors include four sons, James (Patricia), West Bend, Warren (Marie), LaCordere, Idaho, Richard, Chetek, and Roger (Betty), Custer; one daughter, Charlotte Salzman, Okauchee; one brother, Ben (Eleanore) Golomski, Wittenberg; three sisters, Pearl Brown, Stevens Point, Connie Vanderbunt, West Allis, and Angie Wix, Antioch, Ill; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
