David S. Kozikoski, 93, 542 Fourth Ave., died early Thursday morning, Dec. 23, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Dennis Worzalla officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home. St. Peter Holy Name Society, of which he was a member, will combine with the general rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Kozikoski was born Nov. 12, 1906, in the town of Stockton, a son of the late Martin and Anna (Berna) Koziczkowski.
He was the first graduate of Sacred Heart Grade School in Polonia.
He received his registered nursing degree in St. Louis, Mo., and trained for anesthesia in Chicago.
He was married to Zita Jacoboski on Oct. 1, 1940, at St. Peter Catholic Church. She survives.
He was employed at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee for 10 years and at St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point for 20 years, retiring in 1968.
He was a member of St. Peter’s Holy Name Society for 74 years and a member of St. Peter’s Mixed Choir for 70 years.
Survivors besides his wife include one daughter, Bonnie Linn, White Pine, Mich.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
