Eleanore Winkler, 77, Wisconsin Rapids, a Stevens Point native, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Higgins Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. Monday until the services.
Mrs. Winkler was born March 12, 1922, in Stevens Pint, a daughter of the late Theodore and Cecelia (Frank) Pleet.
She was married to Clifford Winkler on July 12, 1943, in Kansas. He died in August 1993.
The couple moved to Wisconsin Rapids after the marriage, and she was employed as a seamstress with Harvard Clothing, Wisconsin Rapids.
Survivors include two brothers, Harold (Dale) Pleet, and Edward (Kathryn) Pleet, both of Stevens Point.
