Tillie T. Schultz, 78, 2796 Highway Y, town of Dewey, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon, Oct. 4, at her home.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Torun. The Rev. Donald Walczak will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of the services at the church. The Rosary Society will combine with the parish rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Schultz was born Sept. 13, 1921, a daughter of the late John and Clementine (Bresek) Hintz.
She was married to Frank Schultz on Oct. 17, 1942, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun. After their marriage, the couple settled in the town of Sharon and farmed until 1960, when they moved to their present address and ran Schultz Bar for the past 39 years. He survives.
Mrs. Schultz was a lifetime member of St. Mary Torun Rosary Society and a minister of prayer for the parish. She enjoyed card playing and her grandchildren.
Besides her husband, survivors include two daughters, Linda Sobish, Stevens Point, and Sandy (Dan) Palbrach, Rosholt; five grandchildren, Holly Sobish, Jenny, Aaron and Justine Palbrach, and Zachery Zurawski; one great-grandson, Cory Sobish; two sisters, Alice (Ken) Zdroik, Stevens Point, and Mary Ann (Ned) Pepowski, Custer.
One grandson, two sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.
