Susann D. Gumney, formerly of 4737 Kennedy Ave., town of Stockton, died late Saturday evening, Oct. 23, 1999, at River Pines Center in Whiting.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church with the Rev. Pat Umberger officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary of Mount Carmel Parish Cemetery in Fancher.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the services. The St. Bronislava Rosary Society will combine with the parish cemetery at 7 p.m. Monday.
Mrs. Gumney was born Feb. 6, 1909, in the town of Stockton, a daughter of the late John and Cecelia (Ziolkowski) Kizewski Sr.
She was married to Wesley Gumney on March 17, 1940, at St. Bronislava Church.
After their marriage, the couple settled at their present address and lived there for the last 52 years. He died March 20, 1986.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy (John) Schulfer, Stevens Point, and Henrietta (William) Gustafson, Whiting; one sister, Christina Tuholski, Los Angeles, Calif.; two brothers, Greg (Dorothy) Kizewski, Plover, and Nick (Lillian) Kizewski, Stevens Point; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
