Patricia Ann Gutowski, 62, 1905 N. Second Drive, town of Hull, died at home Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley with the Rev. Nelson officiating.
A reception for family and friends will be from noon until the services at the Plombon Funeral Home.
The Jensen & Jinsky Funeral Home, Plover, was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Gutowski was born Jan. 21, 1937, in Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Gus and Elizabeth Hendricks.
She was married to Charles Gutowski on June 1, 1957, at St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Thorp.
She worked at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley for more than 20 years. In recent years she worked in home health care, including Friendship Manor.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Violet, Wisconsin Rapids, and Linda, Thorp; one son, Charles A. (Juanita), Minneapolis; one brother, Richard (Terry) Hendricks, Ladysmith; two sisters, Sister Mary Arlene, Ladysmith, and Jean (Richard) Bissen, Framingham, Mass.; and four grandchildren.
