Catherine Janusz, 87, formerly of 7870 Clementine Road, Amherst Junction, died early Tuesday morning, Oct. 12, 1999, at the Portage County Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Church in Custer with the Rev. Robert Schaller officiating. Burial will be in the Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of services at the church. The general rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m.
Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
Mrs. Janusz was born Oct. 16, 1911, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Omar and Rose (Steichen) Barsness.
She was married to Raymond Janusz on April 26, 1947, in Milwaukee. He died Feb. 6, 1981.
She was employed at the Sears Co. in Milwaukee for 30 years. She moved to this area after she and her husband retired.
There were no reported survivors.
