Betty Richards, 68, 401 Washington Ave., died early Sunday morning, Sept. 26, 1999, at her residence.
A memorial Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church will be scheduled at a later date. Burial will be at a later date in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
The Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Memorials to Hospice of Portage County in her name would be appreciated.
Mrs. Richards was born May 9, 1931, in Almond, a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Lang) Rasmussen.
She was married to Howard Richards on Oct. 7, 1978, in Stevens Point.
She was employed as an assistant bookkeeper at the Hotel Whiting for several years.
Survivors include her husband; one stepson, Chris (Marie) Richards, Madison; and two stepgrandsons.
