Richard B. Niemczyk, 61, 2601 South Drive, Plover, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 1999, as the result of a traffic accident.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover with the Rev. Pat Umberger officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the services. Jensen-Jinsky Funeral Home, Plover, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Niemczyk was born Jan. 20, 1938, in Stevens Point, a son of Helen (Flaig) Niemczyk and the late Benjamin Niemczyk.
He was married to Mary Ann Hintz on Oct. 19, 1957. She survives.
He served in the U.S. Army and worked for Joerns Co. for 24 years.
Other survivors include his mother, Stevens Point; two daughters, Tina (Jim) Jaggar, Plover, and Tonja (Steve) Holmes, Fond du Lac; three sons, Richard “Rick” (Mary), Wyoming, Randy, Plover, and Russell, Plover; nine sisters, Elaine Bacon, New Mexico, Shirley (Fred) Kluck, Fort Atkinson, Irene Kruger, Stevens Point, Connie Jones, Georgia, Betty Niemczyk, Plover, Mary (Robert) Ortscheid, Wisconsin Rapids, Lucille (Mike) Liebe, Stevens Point, Bonnie (Dennis) Lila, Plover, and Judy (Pat) Kinney, Stevens Point; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
