George B. Domka, 83, 140 Division St., Iola, died Friday, Aug. 20, 1999, at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca after being stricken at home.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Shuda Funeral Chapel and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
The St. Adalbert’s Men’s Rosary Society will combine with the general rosary at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Mr. Domka was born Jan. 11, 1916, in Plover, a son of the late Peter and Nellie (Sherfinski) Domka.
He attended Plover schools, then worked for various farms until going to Gabe’s Construction. He retired in 1976.
Mr. Domka later worked as a custodian at St. Adalbert Church and helped his family on the farm.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Manawa.
Survivors include one sister, Dorothy (Carl) Dziedzic, Rosholt.
He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
