Eleanore Platta, 76, formerly of Amherst Junction, died Monday, July 19, 1999, at the Cady Memorial Home in Birnamwood.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 22, at St. Mary’s Church, Fancher, with the Rev. Robert Pedretti officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home, and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church. The general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Platta was born April 30, 1923, in the town of New Hope, a daughter of the late Alex and Rose (Ostrowski) Platta. She never married.
Survivors include three sisters, Sophie Felckowski, Oshkosh, Regina Wiczek, Stevens Point, and Evelyn Pleiming, Madison; and one brother, Clarence (Betty) Platta, Amherst Junction.
